Primary Health Care Centre, Maduramangalam, Kancheepuram Dsitrict, Tamil Nadu.
This small village in Tamil Nadu has a population of 3000. It has been facing severe water crisis due to over-extraction of ground water. AirOWater installed 500L machine to supply clean water to reduce the dependence on contaminated ground water.
After the installation of the machine, the community saw a significant impact on:
• Reliable and clean source of water supply
• Improving health and hygiene
• Sustainability
• Community empowerment
The Primary Health Care Centre has been able to address immediate health concerns, creating lasting positive change. This project could inspire many small communities and be independent and self-reliant when it comes to clean drinking water.
